Is not the friendliest nor most delicious sounding word to food lovers. But we at Oh Crop! cannot disagree more. We are committed to release recipes and food-ventions that are not only aesthetically instagrammable, but are also truly DELICIOUS. We are here to debunk the naysayers who make the road to healthy dark and bleak. Oh Crop! will be the light right up your grocery alley and we’ll make sure your palate is satisfied.
Does not always have to fall under the conventions of ‘boss’ and ‘workers.’ At Oh Crop!, our farmers are the real bosses and productivity is yielded not in offices but in the vast fertile soil and spaces of The Philippines. As proud lovers of our country we are 100% committed to harvest only in our Motherland. From Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao we’ve worked closely with agronomists and local farmers – (who we’ve wittingly termed ‘Oh-Croppers’, ho ho ho) – and sought the best practices unique to them and respects their tradition.
Our farmers transcend to heroes who seek no cape but simply fair trade that respects their labour and we wish to be an entity that pays our dues. This said we compensate our bosses above industry standard per sack capita. To date we are very happy to say we’ve been supporting 51 Oh-Cropper families… and growing.
For us the definition of homebred is simply a loved brand. A brand who people search for, try and recommend to friends and family. And as long as we are succeeding at giving joy to our customers by the value we add to their peso in every purchase, then that is enough reason for us to continue in our journey.
And as we do, we hope you join us too, be it in a tagged recipe or kitchen 101, we’d wish to be a part of your life, dear customer, even if it be only a fraction of your life. Even if it be, one meal at a time.
In nurturing the strongest relationship,
In ensuring there are #NoBadCropsAllowed,
